Margaret Lockwood Bullock, age 94 of Bradley passed away Friday, September 20, 2024, at her home.

Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 27, 2024, at Clancy-Gernon Funeral Home, Bourbonnais. The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 27, 2024, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Bradley. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Kankakee.

Margaret was born November 6, 1929, in Manteno, the daughter of Arthur and Eva (Boucher) Lambert. Margaret married Neil Lockwood in 1949 and he preceded her in death in 1971. She married Ira P. Bullock in 1978. He preceded her in death in 1995.

Margaret was a graduate of Notre Dame Academy and attended Gallagher Business College. She was a bookkeeper. Margaret enjoyed gardening, cleaning, and cooking for her family. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren.

Margaret was a very active parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bradley. She served as religious education director, hospitality minister, among other positions.

Surviving are three sons, Patrick (Amy) Lockwood, Middlebury, IN, Ronald (Debbie) Lockwood, Greenwood, IN, Bob (Sherry) Lockwood of Bradley; five daughters, Sandy Myers (Dan Bright) of Louisville, KY, Deborah (Dan) Merten of Bourbonnais, Sherie (Gary) Benjamin of St. Anne, Karen (Michael) Ithal of Kankakee, Bonne (Brian) Kyrouac of Bourbonnais; seventeen grandchildren; twenty-eight great grandchildren.

Margaret is preceded in death by her husbands, Neil Lockwood and Ira P. Bullock; her parents; one sister, Madeline Roe; five brothers, Edmond Lambert, Orelle Lambert, Bernard Lambert, Robert Lambert, and Leo Paul Lambert; one grandson, Jacob Myers; and one son-in-law, Jeff Myers.

Memorials may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church, Bradley, or Uplifted Care.
